Introducing the SKY6911x/2x family of NetSync™ network synchronizers for AI data center and other time-sensitive, high-speed communications infrastructure. This new family of devices combines network synchronization features, including IEEE 1588 Precision Time Protocol (PTP) support, ITU-T compliant Synchronous Ethernet wander filtering, and the ability to lock to GNSS receiver clock outputs, with ultra-low jitter clock generation supporting 224G/448G SerDes interfaces enabling 800G and 1.6T networking platforms.

This new product family consists of a number of devices with differing feature sets to address the specific requirements of multiple applications.

 

The SKY69110, SKY69120 and SKY69115 utilize a 10 x 10 mm. 0.8 mm pitch, 144 ball BGA package with integrated heat spreader for enhanced thermal performance in harsh environments and are available for design-in and production today.

The SKY69112, SKY69122 and SKY69116 utilize a 9 x 9 mm, 64 pin QFN package and are optimized for applications where board real estate is at a premium. These QFN devices are expected to be available in early 2027.
